Comprehensive terms governing Driver Partners operating on the SAVAAR-E discovery platform.
THIS DOCUMENT IS AN ELECTRONIC RECORD GENERATED BY A COMPUTER SYSTEM AND DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY PHYSICAL OR DIGITAL SIGNATURES. IT CONSTITUTES A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN DRIVER PARTNERS AND REDEAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.
1. DEFINITIONS AND PLATFORM ROLE
1.1. "MaaS Platform": An intermediary discovery tool connecting commuters with independent transport providers.
1.2. "Origin-Based Co-Passenger Pooling": Shared rides with a single, consolidated pickup point and no mid-journey additions.
1.3. "SaaS Subscription Fee": Flat-rate access fee for platform matching features.
1.4. Intermediary Status: Savaar-E provides matchmaking only and is not a transport provider or fleet owner.
2. ONBOARDING, ELIGIBILITY, AND DOCUMENTATION
2.1. Requirements: Valid commercial driving license, RC, fitness certificate, permit, and commercial insurance are required.
2.2. Verification: Accounts require administrative approval before accepting rides.
2.3. Accuracy: Information provided must be authentic and updated.
3. FARES, COMMISSIONS, AND PAYMENT TERMS
3.1. Zero Commission & Cash Collection: No commission is cut from fares. Fares are collected directly in cash or UPI by the driver.
3.2. Fixed Pricing & Subscription: Trips operate under fixed pricing and route structures. Continued access may require an active SaaS subscription.
4. DRIVER CONDUCT AND SAFETY EXPECTATIONS
4.1. Compliance & Protection: Drivers must follow traffic laws. Passenger data must remain confidential and not be reused outside ride coordination.
4.2. Platform Integrity: Manipulation of algorithms or spoofing will result in termination.
5. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS & LIABILITY
5.1. Autonomy: No employment relationship exists; drivers retain operational freedom regarding shifts.
5.2. Liability & Indemnity: The platform operates "as-is". Savaar-E is exempt from real-world transit liabilities or disputes, and drivers indemnify the platform against claims arising from negligence.
6. TERMINATION, GOVERNING LAW, AND CONTACT
6.1. Termination: The company may deactivate accounts for safety issues or poor ratings; drivers may exit voluntarily.
6.2. Governing Law: Governed by Indian law with exclusive jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
